Day 01: ARRIVAL ON SRINAGAR AIRPORT

On arrival at the Srinagar Airport. You will meet our representative and drive towards hotel. After check in at hotel & refreshment at hotel continue your tour to famous Nishat Garden known as ‘Garden of pleasure’ built in 16th century (1633) by Mughal King Asif Khan. Then visiting Shalimar Garden known as ‘Garden of love’ built in 16th century (1619) by Mughal King Jehangir for his beloved wife Noor Jehan or (Mehr-un-Nissa).Overnight in hotel / Houseboat in Srinagar.

 

Day 02: SRINAGAR-GULMARG-SRINAGAR

Leave after breakfast for full day excursion to Gulmarg, lies in the west of Srinagar at a distance of 56 kms. On an altitude of 2730 mts, above sea level, snow caped mountains are all around one can even have a view of Nanga Parbat on a clear sunny day. It is premier winter sports Ski resorts for Skiers with one of the world’s highest 18 hole golf courses. For joy seekers, cable car presently uptoKhilanmarg& is Asia’s long run cable ride  appox.5kms. Evening return back to Hotel / Houseboat overnight stay.

 

Day 03: SRINAGAR-PAHALGAM-SRINAGAR

Leave after breakfast for full day excursion tour to Pahalgam 96 kms. In the south-east of Srinagar situated at an altitude of 2130 mts. above sea level. It is Kashmir’s most popular resort surrounded by high mountains , dense forests, high mountain altitude lakes , it also offers 9 hole golf course, Skiing, pony trails, Angling,(rainbow & brown trout’s) horse ridding, trekking (both hard & soft) & various places of interest in & around like Aru valley, Lidderwat valley, Kolhai Glacier, Shesh Nag, Chandanwari(route to Amarnathji Holy cave), Baisam&Mamil famous for 9th century old(Shiva Temple) Thus happens to be a preferred spot among domestic tourist. Evening back to Hotel / Houseboat for overnight stay.

 

Day 04: SRINAGAR-SONAMARG-SRINAGAR

Leave after breakfast for full day excursion to Sonamarg “Meadow of Gold” 85 kms from Srinagar in the north-east of Srinagar at an altitude of 3000 mts,above sea level. The place offers incredible scenic beauty (while driving to Sonamarg) dense forests, gigantic mountains the place itself is a popular resort for mountaineers, rock climbers, besides an important halt on to Kargil(Ladakh) & provides the ideal base for various trekking routes, high mountain lakes, Glaciers &ShriAmarnathji Holy Cave. Evening return back to Hotel / Houseboat overnight stay.

 

05: SRINAGAR – KARGIL

After Breakfast, Check out from the Hotel and Transfer to Kargil. ArriveKargil. Check into the Hotel. Evening you can explore the market on own. Overnight in Kargil.

 

Day 06: KARGIL – ALCHI

After Breakfast, Check out from the Hotel and leave for Alchi, by visiting Lamyuru (Oldest Monestary of Ladakh), EnrouteMulbek(An 1st Century Giant Living Buddha Sculpture on Rock Mountain). Visit to Basgo Palace and reach Alchi Village by Afternoon. Evening visit to Alchi Monastery (1200 Years Old Monastery), and free time to explore Village of Alchi.O/N Alchi.

 

Day 07: ALCHI – LEH

Morning after Breakfast leave for Leh by visiting Likir Monastery. Reach Leh by Evening. O/N Leh.

 

Day 08: LEH-NUBRA VALLEY

After breakfast leave for Nubra Valley, driving across Khardong-la (alt: 18,380 ft). After descending from the pass, drive on for sightseeing of Sumoor area. Later check into a fixed camp for overnight stay in a camp.

 

Day 09: NUBRA VALLEY-LEH

In the morning visit and explore Deskit ,Hundar and the Sand Dunes where you can enjoy a short camel safari using the double-humped Bactrian camel found here (optional on direct payment). Later drive back to Leh, reaching in the late afternoon / evening. Overnight at the hotel.

 

Day 10: LEH SIGHTSEEING

Morning is at leisure. Afternoon visit Sangam (confluence of Indus &Zanskar Rivers), Magnetic Point, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, Kali Mata (Temple of Guardians in Spituk monastery) & Hall of Fame. Evening Explore local market.Overnight in hotel.

 

Day 11: LEH-PANGONG LAKE EXCURSION-LEH

Full day excursion to Pangong Lake (approx. 300 kms round trip, located on the Indo-China Border), enroute crossing the Chang-la pass (alt: 17370 ft.). Arrive Pangong, it’s a highest salt water lake(14,500Ft) in the world, shared by two countries India (25%) & China (75%), enjoy the beauty of lake on banks of the lake while appreciating the changing colors of fascinating high altitude lake. After sightseeing around the lake, drive back to Leh reaching in the late afternoon / evening. Overnight in hotel.Overnight in hotel.

 

Day 12: LEH TO TSOMORIRI LAKE (240 KMS.)

Morning drive to Tsomoriri passing Chumathang  (Hot Spring) along the Indus river. Tsomoriri Arr. 1600 Hrs. Afterwards take a walk around the Lake to enjoy the scenic beauty. Overnight Camp.

 

Day 13: TSOMORIRI TO SARCHU

After leisurely breakfast , drive to Sarchu passing Puga  (Sulphur Mine), Tsokar Lake. ArriveSarchu in the Evening. Overnight at camp.

 

Day 14: SARCHU TO MANALI

After breakfast, Check out from the camp and drive to Manali. Enroute via Rohatang pass, Tandi, Keylong. Rohtang Pass – Situated at an altitude of 3979 mtrs above sea level and 51 kms outside Manali is the mighty Rohtang Pass – the gateway to Lahaul-Spiti valley. It affords a wide panoramic view of the mountains. Here one sees the majesty of the mountains at its height and splendour. At the top of the pass the air seems to glitter against the snow as you look down over her ring boned ridges into the Lahaul valley.Overnight at hotel.

 

Day 15: MANALI – DEPARTURE

After breakfast. Check out from Hotel. And drive ahead for your return journey.
