Day 01: Pick up from Port Blair – Sightseeing
Assistance on arrival at Veer Savarkar Airport, Port Blair and transfer to the hotel. Check in to your hotel on arrival. Later start the breathtaking trip to Corbyns Cove Beach, one of the most picturesque, coconut palm fringed beach, 7 kms away from Port Blair town, and to the Cellular Jail, a place of pilgrimage for all freedom loving people. One can also view the history of the heroic freedom struggle which is brought alive in a moving Light & Sound Show at the Cellular Jail. Return to hotel. Overnight in Port Blair.
Day 02: Port Blair – Sightseeing
Post breakfast embark on a sightseeing tour of North Bay Island followed by Ross Island, the erstwhile capital of Port Blair during the British regime. The island presently houses the ruins of old buildings like Chief Commissioner’s House, Government House, Church, Bakery, Press, Swimming Pool, Cemetery, etc. and all in dilapidated condition. Later enjoy a Harbour Cruise which includes a trip to tiny, serene, beautiful island called “VIPER ISLAND” where the gallows is a sight to watch. Return to hotel. Overnight in Port Blair.
Day 03: Port Blair – Sightseeing
Post breakfast visit Jolly Buoy/Red Skin Island in Mahatma Gandhi Marine National Park at Wandoor. It gives you a breathtaking view of open sea, beautiful corals, mangrove forests, etc and is a must see for all nature lovers. Evening is free for shopping or at own. Overnight in Port Blair.
Day 04: Port Blair – Sightseeing
Post breakfast embark on a sightseeing tour in and around the city like Fisheries Museum (Aquarium) – exhibits species of marine life peculiar to the islands, Science Center, Gandhi Park, Anthropological Museum – displays tribal essential and artifacts, Naval Marine Museum (Samudrika) – gives a good insight of the history, shells, Corals marine life, geography and archaeology of these islands and Chatham Saw Mill, one of the oldest and largest sawmill in the world. . Evening is free for shopping. Overnight in Port Blair.
Day 05: Port Blair – Sightseeing
Post breakfast proceed to Mount Harriet (Approx 365 meters from sea level), the second highest peak in Andaman Islands. From here you get a bird’s eye view of the adjoining islands of Port Blair. Post lunch move to Chidiyatapu, also known as the Sunset Point and watch the sun go down. Overnight in Port Blair.
Day 06: Port Blair – Departure
Departure from Port Blair for your onward journey.
